A meeting by HJS in the background of proposed Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha at Kopargaon

Kopargaon (Maharashtra): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) will organize Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ on Thursday, 29th April here. A meting was held in connection with the ‘prachar’ of the ‘sabha’ of keertankars and pravachankars in the area. The meeting began with Mr. Sunil Ghanavat of HJS explaining about the present condition of Hindu Dharma, various attacks taking place on Dharma and the need for holding such ‘Dharma-sabhas’. A VCD was also shown in the meeting showing the distortion of history by NCERT in the text books. On watching the VCD, the ‘keertankars’ showed their readiness to take part in the drive of HJS. The meeting was attended by 13 keertankars and pravachankars from Kopargaon.

Highlights

1. The keertankars said that they would include the topic in their discourses if they came to know about various attacks on Dharma

2. There was a demand to hold ‘Dharma-shikshan’ classes once in a month.

3. Keertankars said that they would bring more and more people for the ‘sabha’ through the ‘dindis (rallies)’.
