Phaltan : In the year 1976, 42nd amendment was made to the Constitution, declaring Bharat as a secular country. In such secular country, only Hindus are oppressed. Only Hindus’ temples are taken over by the Government and money donated by Hindus in temples is utilized for followers of other religions. Every year, Muslims are given grant of Rs. 826 crores for Haj pilgrimage; but surcharge is levied on Hindus’ ‘Kumbh-Mela’. Bihar Chief Minister Nitishkumar calls terrorist Isharat jehan as a daughter of Bihar whereas NCP leader Jitendra Avhad called her as his sister. On the other hand, 800 innocent seekers of Sanatan Sanstha are persecuted under false accusations in murder cases. Demands are made to unnecessarily impose ban on pro-Hindu organizations; therefore, there is no alternative to establish Hindu Rashtra for stopping such oppression of Hindus in a secular country, stated advocate Nilesh Sangolkar of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad while addressing Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Hingangaon in Phalatan Taluka in Satara District.

The ‘sabha’ was started with lighting of lamp by advocate Sangolkar and Sou. Anita Bunage of Ranaragini Division; followed with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’. Sou. Sadhana Shinde, a devout Hindu from Hingangaon welcomed Sou. Bunage whereas Shri. Uday Pisal welcomed Shri. Nilesh Sangolkar. The ‘sabha’ was attended by 500 devout Hindus.

Taking self-defence training is the need of the hour ! – Sou. Anita Bunage, Ranaragini Division

Self-defence is the right conferred by Constitution. Raza Academy took out a march at Azad Maidan and molested women police staff. If police are unable to protect own self, don’t be under illusion that they would protect us. It is therefore, necessary to get trained in self-defence which is the need of the hour. Increasing our mental strength is also equally important as increasing physical strength.

Highlights

1. More than 50 devout Hindus waited after the ‘sabha’ to get their various doubts clarified.

2. Attendance of women was noticeable despite rains and the venue of ‘sabha’ was in rural area.
