One cannot wait for ‘Shivba’ to take birth for bringing change in this sitation but ‘Shivba’ needs to be born in the heart of every Hindu. Today, even after 60 years of this Republic of India, it holds the third position among the illiterate countries; 3, 00,000 Indians are missing.
