Rashtriya Hindu Andolan at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi

New Delhi : Paid-journalists Alka Dhoopkar and Dharmendra Tiwari have published a defamatory news against H. H. (Dr.) Jayant Athavale of Sanatan Sanstha on the front page of daily Mumbai Mirror dated 25th February. Against this ideological terrorism, National Hindu agitation by various Hindu organisations was held on 25th February at Jantar Mantar. Incensed devout Hindus demanded immediate dismissal of these paid-journalists. Later on the Hindus submitted appeals to the Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Indian Press Council.  Apart from members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha, Vaidik Upasana Peeth, Goraksha Dal, Jhunjunu, Rajasthan Yoga Vedant Samiti, a large number of devout Hindus were present.

Highlight : Smt. Parul Bhattacharya (70 years old) was present for the Andolan.
