Complainants from Wai advised to go to Satara for lodging complaint against Sunny Leone !

* Anti- people governance of Wai police !

*Complaints are being lodged against Sunny Leone in all districts; so on basis of which laws are Wai police giving such advice ? Is law different at different places?

Satara (Maharashtra) : Sou. Smita Bhoj, a social worker from Wai and Smt. Vijayatai Bhosale, the President of ‘Pratapgad Utsav Samiti’ went to police station on 28^th May 2015 for lodging a complaint against porn-star Sunny Leone; but Police Inspector (PI) Ramesh Galande advised them to go to Satara for lodging complaint. (In other police stations, similar complaints are being lodged, then why should people provide, by paying taxes, for police department with such officers who shirk from their duty ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Sou. Bhoj said that she asked him reasons for not registering complaint at Wai when such complaints could be lodged at Dombivali, Solapur, Chiplun, Satara etc. She had mentioned website of Sunny Leone against which complaint was not yet lodged; but Wai police dismissed their complaint. PI Galande said,

1. Today, there are hundreds of such websites and Sunny Leones in operation. Against how many are we going to lodge complaints ? I know names of 100s of such websites. (In that case why don’t police take action against them on their own ? Or are they in favour of obscenity ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
2. You are the first one to tell me these things. (Instead of who is saying, police should pay attention to what is said. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
3. We have discussed the matter with seniors.
4. Permission of District Police Chief is required to register case under clause 67 of IT Act. Such case has been filed with Shahupuri police station in the district. You can go there and lodge your complaint.
5. It is not possible to register case in every police station. (Does PI Galande feel that police officers registering case in other police stations are fools ? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
