Pandharpur (Maharashtra): Pandharpur, the land of saints, was all set to teach a lesson to  heretics and anti-Hindus with the blessings of Lord Panduranga.
Condition of Hindu Dharma has become critical due to denigration of Hindu deities through various media, anti-Hindu laws, constant attacks on processions taken out by Hindus, plot of genocide of Hindus in Kashmir. Today, devout Hindus participating in the ‘Dharma-sabha’ readied themselves to take firm action to bring about change in this condition. Slogans, in favour of Hinduism, raised by 7000 devout assembled at Sree Gajanan Maharaj Mutt grounds in Dakshin Kashi, Pandharpur were deafening the ears.

The ‘sabha’ began in a very divine and pure atmosphere with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’. Veda-murti Aravind Benare Guruji and his team recited the ‘mantras’. The meeting was hosted by Shri. Yashapal Wadkar and Mrs. Janhavi Bhardike. HBP. Shivanikar Maharaj lighted the lamp followed with a review of HJS activities presented by Dr. Shripad Pethkar, the convener of the sabha for HJS. The sabha was graced with their presence by many saints and devout Hindus from various fields. Banner of ‘Dharma-shakti sena’ was inaugurated by HBP. Shivanikar Maharaj by placing a garland over it and breaking a coconut. Shri. Dwaipayan Warkhedkar fighting a court case against anti-Hindu painter M F Hussain was felicitated on the occasion by Shri. Ramesh Shinde on behalf of HJS. God is getting the work done from me – Warkhedkar

Shri. Dwaipayan Warkhedkar, a devout Hindu from Pandharpur who is fighting a case against anit-Hindu painter M F Hussain, was felicitated on behalf of HJS, by Shri. Ramesh Shinde, a spokesperson of HJS for Western India. In his reply, Shri. Warkhedkar said, “At very tender age, I learnt from my father that God protects those who try to protect Him (Dharma), and I am trying to follow his advice by fighting against the atrocities against my Dharma and brethren as per my ability. God is getting this work done from me. I read about anti-Hindu Hussain attending various programs through Indian news channels and newspapers; but Indian Government is not taking any action against him despite Court orders. If Courts are not giving proper justice then where does a common man can go? Dr. Ambedkar had said in the Constitution that Courts should not pass verdict without giving a proper hearing to both the sides i.e. the complainant and defendant. I appeal to everyone that people should not spare Courts that are insulting Constitution of India written by Dr. Ambedkar.”

Honour and Felicitation

HBP. Shivankar Maharaj, president of ‘Samasta Warakari Fadakari Dindi Samaj’ was honoured, Shri. Nandkumar Jadhav, Prasar-sevak of Sanatan Sanstha, Shri. Vinay Panawalkar, chief of Dharma-shakti Sena and Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS for Western India were felicitated in the program.

Speeched of Dignitaries

Hindus must educate themselves in matters related to Dharma and increase their ‘Brahma-teja’ and ‘kshatra-tej’ by gaining self-defence training – Vinay Panawalkar

When we follow the path of righteousness, we can imbibe the divine energy, besides, ‘Dharma-shakti’ required for fighting against heretics also gets activated. A protective shield of divine power is created around our body when we worship deities. There is no alternative to spiritual practice and following righteousness for developing mental strength required to destroy strongest enemy. Hindus, therefore, need to be trained in matters related to Dharma. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj could defeat Muslims although his army of Mawlas was less because he had both ‘Brahma-tej’ and ‘Kshatra-tej’. We too need to develop it by getting trained in ‘Dharma’ matters and self-defence. Hindus should join ‘Dharma-shakti Sena’!

Celebrate festivals as per the ‘Dharma-shastra’ and acquire blessings of deities – Nandkumar Jadhav, Sanatan Sanstha

“We can acquire blessings of deities if we celebrate festivals and religious festivals as per spiritual science with all sincerity. In Ganeshotsava festival, if we play devotional songs instead of film songs, chant the name of Sree Ganesha, we can obtain the blessings of the deity. With the grace of God, our mental strength increases leading to victory in our fight against assaults on Dharma.”

God’s presence is necessary when one undertakes the mission of protection of Dharma! – Ramesh Shinde

In a battle of protection of Dharma, only God can save us from the unrighteous and heretics; but we need to pay attention to our individual spiritual practice. When we are engaged in activities related to protection of Dharma, we should introspect while doing such activity, whether we feel the presence of God in us. Shri. Ramesh Shinde stated the above in his guidance. He also clarified the doubts of the participants.

Responses of Dignitaries

HBP. Nivrutti Maharaj Hande, former President, Dnyaneshwar Mauli Palakhi Sohala, Dindi Samaj

“You must have noticed that this Dharma-jagruti Sabha has received great response from people. Such large participation of Hindus is a very encouraging. All speeches were enlightening. It is the need of the hour that Hindus come together. The absence of Fadakari, Maharaj, Dindiwale belonging to this place is, however, saddening. All Maharajs, keertankars, pravachankars and artists should feel that the mission undertaken by HJS is the mission of saints. It is our duty to make Hindus live honorably fighting against all assaults and the duty should be done with sacrificing whatever we have. Our support and blessings are with HJS for all missions. I pray at the holy feet of Lord Pandharinatha to grace Hindu to be righteous and successful!
