Pune: Speakers invoke Dharmatej of Hindus in Dharmasabha

Pune: Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) held ‘Dharma-jagruti sabha’ on the ground at Manikbaug, Anandnagar to make people aware of various issues like acquittal of anti-Hindu and anti-nationalist painter M F Hussain in 3 cases out of 6 cases fought against him in Delhi High Court, killings of Hindus by communists, deliberate ambiguity created by present Government in case of existence of Ram-setu and many such problems surrounding the very existence of Hindu Dharma. In such grave situation, the only solution seems to be to unite Hindus and educate them on their Dharma. 3000 devout Hindus attended the ‘sabha’.

The meeting was addressed by H. H. Swami Swarupananda Saraswati, the founder of Shrutisagar ashram, Phulgaon, Shri. Milind Ekbote, President of Samasta Hindu Aghadi, Shri. Vinay Panwalkar, chief of ‘Dharma-shakti Sena’, Dr. Narednra Date, the ‘Prasar-sevak’ of Sanatan Sanstha and Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS for Western India. H. H. Swami Swarupananda Saraswati inaugurated a display banner of ‘Dharma-shakti Sena’. Shri. Nilesh Kulkarni, a correspondent of ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’, a daily newspaper in Marathi was felicitated in the program. The program started with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’ by ‘Veda-murtis’ and Swamiji lighting the lamp followed with welcoming of all guest speakers. Convener of HJS for Pune district explained about the activities and different campaigns undertaken by HJS. The program was compered by Mrs. Manasi Rajandekar and Shri. Ameya Mohite and the meeting ended with recitation of ‘Vande Mataram’.

Special anniversary issue of Daily/ Weekly Sanatan Prabhat released!

Daily and Weekly Sanatan Prabhat (DSP/WSP) run mainly with an aim of protection of Hindu Dharma and creating awareness among Hindus towards their Dharma, has overcome a number of obstacles only with the grace of God. Special anniversary issues of these newspapers were also released on the occasion. DSP was released by H. H. Swami Swarupananda Saraswati whereas Shri. Milind Ekbote released WSP among cheers from the members of audience.

Keep in mind the glorious history of Hindu Dharma – Milind Ekbote

Hindus have no regard for the glorious history created by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj, Bajirao Peshve etc. We are the descendants of such history. Hindus need to remember their glorious history as ‘remembrance of history is life of a nation whereas disregard for history is like death of a nation’. There is lack of unity among Hindus leading to insult meted out to them by rulers.

Hindus are going away from Dharma under the influence of Western culture. They have also become pleasure-seeking resulting in deterioration of the condition of Hindu Dharma. If one wants to bring improvement in the condition of people and this country, everybody must chant the name of any deity that is close to their heart and try to eliminate their personality defects and ego. Religious festivals should be celebrated as per spiritual science with all sincerity. Every Hindu should not only follow the path of righteousness but also create awareness among people about the importance of spiritual practice and righteousness.

Hindu Dharma is under constant attack. There are paintings and plays making mockery of our deities. Every year, about 8 lac Hindus are being converted to other religions but the heretic secular Government is trying to pass anti-Hindu Acts. Hindus are cornered from all sides but there is no retaliation from them. This weakness of Hindus needs to be overcome with the help of inner strength that is with self-confidence. The Government is misguiding Hindus by preaching secularism and non-violence to them and turning them into coward sheep although in fact, they are like cubs of lion. Hindus must discard this illusion and create awareness among themselves about their strength; that they are not weak but courageous like lion. Every moment is like fighting a battle. We have to fight for protection of nation and Dharma sacrificing life if required. We must follow the suit of our brave kings and revolutionaries and be strong and patriots. Hindus should, therefore, join the ‘Dharma-shakti sena’ to get trained in self-defence.

Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS

Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS for Western India started his speech by raising slogans hailing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He was joined by members of audience with great enthusiasm resulting in making the atmosphere very lively. In his speech, he was very blunt in replying to the notice served by the police. He said, “Police must have by now realized that the meeting is of nationalists and not of traitors. It is for those who want to serve their motherland and nobody would indulge in anything that is not keeping with national interest. Police should serve notice on those who cause bomb explosions, hatch plots against the nation and indulge in contempt of court. There is no need for them to serve notice here.” He said further that books that do not include history created by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj need to be burnt to ashes. Those who do not like the picture of Bharatmata, need not stay in this country. USA recently alleged that Indians have become voracious causing shortage of food in the world. Development of India has resulted in increase in petrol prices. But we have so far not answered these allegations proving our impotency. We need to develop nationalism like China that filed a case against a news channel CNN for millions of dollars. We need to develop such love for our country. Show your patriotism in such manner that nobody would dare to say anything against our nation. Everyone has to die one day but one has to decide whether one wants to die like a martyr or like an ant/ non-entity.

‘Leaders’ in post-independence era have taken this country to doldrums – H. H. Swami Swarupananda Saraswati

Hindus need to analyze the period before independence and 60 years after independence. During pre-independence period, national leaders toppled the British Rule, only with the help of their nationalism and righteousness; but post-independence period has turned out to be very bad for this country due to selfishness and greed of so-called great leaders. Hindus should, therefore, keep in mind such ‘leaders’ and vote them out in every election and create righteous and devout Hindus.
