Temple trustees’ Meeting against anti-Hindu Acts in Thane

Thane (Maharashtra): Under the guidance of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, a meeting of temple trustees from Thane was held at Vitthal Sainna Temple to protest against the two anti-Hindu Acts related to ‘anti-Superstitions’ and  ‘Temple take-over’. Shri. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of HJS addressed the meeting.
           
It was decided as a further course of action that mayor of Thane and MLAs elected from Thane will be contacted and apprised about the matter and their opinion would be sent to the Government; besides, various Sampradayas, Hindu organizations and temple trustees will come together and send their opinion to the Government against the Acts. The participants were also informed about photo-exhibition on terrorism by FACT held in Dombivali. On hearing this, trustees of temple where the meeting was held, offered to have the exhibition in their temple.
           
Shri. Sudhakar Vaidya, Kopineshwar Mandir, Shri. Mukund Sahastrabuddhe, Shri. Bhagawan Sutawane, Shri. Dnyaneshwar Bhoir, Shri. Valeja and Shri. Rajan Shinde, Mumbai/Thane/Raigad district-sevak of Sanatan Sanstha with few members of HJS attended the meeting.
