Pune (Maharashtra) – Public interest Litigation (PIL) had been filed in the Supreme Court asking to restrict the use of loud speakers in religious places like temples, churches and Mosques or during festivals. A signature campaign is being undertaken to get support for the PIL. (Temples have never disobeyed the order of the Supreme Court concerning the loud speakers till date; but the mosques are disregarding the order every day by using loud speakers early morning at 5.15. In such a situation it is an injustice to Hindus for demanding overall restrictions on the use of loud speakers applicable to all in general. Giving an appeal by doing a superficial study, Hindus have to bear the repercussions of the evil acts of fanatics. With a view to change this state Hindu Nation is a must ! – Editor SP)

1. The PIL given by Vinit Naren states that, loud speakers are being used on a large scale during the festival of any Dharma or sect; but that there are many examples showing social discord on such occasions. (Has Naren ever given a thought that this social discord is the result of fanatics’ turbulent behavior? – Editor SP)

2. The Court has asked for some details in this regard. Signature campaign too is being organized to get support of the citizens to this appeal. 231 citizens have signed for this appeal so far.
