These rehabilitation activities will be undertaken during 10th July to 31st August at Kedarnath, Hardwar and Rhushikesh etc. All pro-Hindu organisations will arrange to send minimum 2 and maximum 20 activists for this task.

1. Purpose of undertaking rehabilitation activities in Uttarakhand

A. In the forthcoming period, all organisations will have to undertake activities, with unity, for protection of Hindus caught in natural or man-made calamities and working here will be a kind of training for them.

2. Eligibility criteria for activists who want to take part in rehabilitation activities

A. One has to be physically strong as it involves traveling through hills and valleys. It is no use falling sick in such region.
B. It is also necessary to be strong mentally as they have to increase mental strength of people facing such calamity.
C. They need to be mature in their way of thinking as they have to prevent conversion of Hindus by Christian missionaries.
D. They should be energetic and dedicated.
E. They should not have vices like smoking, drinking etc. and should not have personality defects that will hamper the activities to be undertaken with unity.
F. The activists sent by organisations should be able to stay there for at least 8-10 days.

3. Special requirements

A. Priority should be given to such activists from the organisation who have been trained in disaster management. They can train other young activists from other organisations coming from various States.
B. If they have knowledge of first aid or from medical field, priority can be given even to them as they will be able to participate in activities related to first- aid and medical help.
