Shri. Raja Singh Thakur spoke on the topic of struggle undertaken for protection of Bhagyalakshmi Mandir at Bhagyanagar (Hyderabad). He said, “Shri Bhagyalakshmi Mandir at Bhagyanagar is in existence even before Charminar was built. While constructing Charminar, it was advised to Qutub Shah that if workers demolished this temple, the structure of Charminar would be more spacious; but he had told workers not to touch the temple as whoever touched it, faced destruction; therefore, no Muslim has been able to touch Mahalashmi Mandir so far.

This year, we submitted a representation to the police to prevent cow-slaughter taking place on the occasion of ‘Bakri Id’. The police, therefore, started checking vehicles before they entered the city and did not allow even a single cow to be brought to the city. Akbaruddin Owaisi therefore, thought such action spoilt ‘Bakri Id’ celebrations of Muslims. As repair work was undertaken in the temple as usual before Diwali, Owaisi thought that even Hindus should not be allowed to celebrate their festival; so he lodged a complaint with the police that we were endangering Charminar. We, however, celebrated Diwali with enthusiasm. Later, to de-motivate Owaisi, we composed a song with verse meaning ‘If the temple was even touched, we would show him his place’. Owaisi has been listening to this song many times every day.

Nowadays, many political leaders has become impotent, spineless. Everyone wants only votes. Communist leaders are the hurdles in establishment of Hindu Nation. Our life is for Hindus. We are fortunate to have been born as Hindus. It is, therefore, our foremost duty to protect Bharat. We will have to make time for Hindus.
