Does the land of Kashmir, which has history of many valiant Kings and which was created with the resolve of Sage Kashyap, belong to only Kashmiris? Don’t Indians from other part of the country have any duty towards Kashmir? Time has now come for every Indian to decide his relation with Kashmir. Panun Kashmir brought lot of pressure on the Government to stop influx of Pakistani terrorists often infiltrating Kashmir. As such, on 15th February 2013, Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah of Kashmir had to tell the truth in Assembly session. As per the statement made by him, there are 247 terrorists who have come from Pakistan in illegal manner and are staying along with their 2-3 wives and 7-8 children each. Even later, 3974 terrorists were brought to India through Nepal. Terrorists come to India not directly but via Nepal. If they want to work in India, why don’t they come through proper channel i.e. respective Consulates. The condition of Kashmir was very prosperous once upon a time and every Indian now needs to think about his duties towards Kashmir.
