Vidyadhiraj Hall, Shri Ramnathi Devsthan, Goa : In Maharashtra, criminal cases against the activists undertaking the mission to protect cows are registered under the clauses applicable for robbery. In fact, there is a need to register crimes under the clause of culpable homicide against those indulging in cow-slaughter. This opinion was expressed by Adv. Devidas Shinde, President of Hindu Swabhiman Pratishthan while speaking on the topic of cow-protection.

Adv. Devidas Shinde said,

1. Due to the pressure exerted by the international establishments, slaughter houses are being opened in Bharat. On the contrary, slaughter houses in China are closed. Countries like America, Britain etc. import beef from Bharat. They produce various products out of beef there. From the year 2012, Bharat has become the largest exporter of beef in the world.

2. Temples, cow, and culture are matters of pride for us. If these are being trampled, we should be prepared to prevent such acts.

3. In the smaller countries, where GATT agreement has been implemented, trade has come to standstill, and women are forced to turn to prostitution. Bharat is slowly moving towards such a situation, but the Bharatiya rulers are still continuing with this agreement.

4. In order to establish Hindu Rashtra, Hindus should be encouraged to vote for the lovers of cow. Political parties should be forced to include the aspect of the ban on cow-slaughter in their election manifesto.

5. Temples, culture exist in our nation; however, Hindu Government is missing. Try to elect Hindu Government in the next election. Cow-slaughter will stop only after the Hindu Government is elected.
