Spontaneous response to the online discourse and collective chanting organized on Mahashivaratri

Kochi (Kerala) : On 28th February, 2022 an online discourse was organized on the ‘Importance of Mahashivaratri’ by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Ms Pranita Prasad of the Samiti, provided guidance to the spiritually curious and devout attendees. During the discourse, information was given about the characteristics of Shiva, the importance of chanting ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ and the importance of some pilgrimage sites associated with Shiva. Many people took advantage of this.

Collective chanting on Mahashivaratri !

On the day of Mahashivaratri, i.e. on March 1, an online collective chanting was organized. Ms. Meghna explained the importance of Mahashivaratri to the attendees followed by the chanting session. The initiative received a good response from many people.
