Hindus should offer gratitude at the feet of Shrikrushna for this success !

Kagal (Dist. Kolhapur, Maharashtra) : Hindu girls studying in ‘Y. D. Mane Boys’ and Girls’ High School’ at Kasba Sangav Village were not allowed to wear bangles and boys to apply ‘tila’ on their forehead. Teachers from the school were explained the subject by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) with the help of local Hindu activists after which the ban was withdrawn. (Congratulations to pro-Hindu activists from Kasba Sangav (Tal. Kagal, Dist. Kolhapur) for coming together for abidance of Dharma ! HJS is a small organisation still it is trying to protect Dharma; will the powerful pro-Hindu organisations do something for Dharma? – Editor SP)

Mrs. Koli, a teacher from the said school had imposed this ban. All pro-Hindu activists got together after learning about the same and went to the school at the time of prayers. After prayers, they made enquiry with Mrs. Koli. She said that many girls wore new bangles on the day of one festival and they were not paying attention in the class; therefore, restrictions were imposed only on one class. We had also told NCC students about the same. The pro-Hindu activists said that they did not see any girl student wearing bangles even during the prayers; nor did they see any boy with ‘tila’ on his forehead. Girl students can be asked to wear bangles after NCC class. Mrs. Mane, another teacher from the school tried to understand the whole subject and rendered apology to pro-Hindu activists. She promised that girl students would be allowed to wear bangles and boys to apply ‘tila’ on forehead in future. She tried to know the activities undertaken by HJS and arrange to hold exhibition on life history of revolutionaries so also take part in various drives of HJS towards welfare of the Nation and ‘Dharma-shikshan’. She even promised to invite them for parents’ meeting. Mrs. Pawar, the Principal of the school was present on the occasion. Other pro-Hindu activists present on the occasion were Mr. Vijay Arekar of Shiva-pratishthan, Raju Bhole, Mr. Vikramsingh Mane of Raigad Mitra-Mandal, Mr. Shailesh S Dhetye, Kumar Divte, Rahul Kurle of Navyuga Tarun Mandal and Mr. Babasaheb Bhople of HJS.
