At the ‘Ardha-Kumbha Mela’, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has started a campaign for uniting Hindus and creating awareness (‘Dharma-jagruti’) among them towards their religion. As a part of this campaign, Shri. Purushottamdas, a member of HJS, met Swami Ramadev Baba, the world-famous Yoga expert at the residence of Swami Anchalanandji Maharaj. Shri. Purushottamdas apprised Swami Ramadev Baba about HJS activities. He was introduced to website of HJS www.hindujagruti.org with the help of a lap-top computer. Swamiji was told about denigration of deities taking place all over the world with the computer photographs. He was also appealed to participate in activities to stop deterioration of Dharma. Swamiji became very poignant after seeing the denigration of deities. He asked his followers to support activities to stop such decline.
Shri Purushottamdas explained to Swamiji and his followers, distressing condition of Hindu Dharma by giving examples. Swami Ramadev Baba praised the activities of HJS and assured his participation in creating awareness among people about Dharma. Finally, Swamiji presented a shawl and coconut to Shri. Purushottamdas.
