Govt. should pass ordinance for Ram Mandir : Unanimous demand of Hindus at Akola

Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Akola

Addressing demonstrators is Shri. Uday Maha

Akola : Ayodhyanagari, which is a seat of worship of millions of Hindus because it is the birth-place of Prabhu Shriram, is a historical truth. There are many proofs about the same in Hindus’ Holy Scriptures. Allahabad High Court has also endorsed the claim that ‘Ram Janmabhoomi’ is the birth-place of Shriram. The issue is however, pending in Supreme Court for the past 8 years. The judicial system which is a pillar of democracy, however, says that ‘Ram Mandir was not its priority’. How long then should Hindus wait for Ram Mandir ? A law should be passed in Parliament for construction of Ram Mandir and a huge Ram temple should be constructed, was the demand made by Shri. Dhiraj Raut of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) during demonstrations staged under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ on 12th January at Akola.

‘Akhil Bharatiya Brahman Mahasangh (ABBM)’ spontaneously joined the demonstrations. Shri. Uday Maha, Maharashtra region- President of ABBM said that in its meeting recently held at Pune, a resolution was passed for construction of Ram Mandir. ABBM extended full support to HJS on this issue.

H.B.P. Girish Maharaj Kulkarni joined the demonstrations and was present till end. He said that HJS’ activities were going on as per the saying ‘Samarthya chalavaliche…’ ; so its goal would be accomplished. Let us increase our devotion towards Shriram, he said.

Shri. Nitin Relkar, Akola District President of ABBM, Shri. Raghuveer Deshpande, its Vice President, Dr. Prabhakar Joshi, its District General Secretary, Shri. Chintamani Kulkarni, its District Treasurer and devout Hindus viz. Shri. Arun Dudhalkar, Shri. Mohan Ambarkhane; besides activists of HJS and seekers of Sanatan Sanstha participated in demonstrations.

Highlights

Sou. Madhuri Deshmukh, national trainer of Junior Chamber International (India) participated in such demonstrations for the first time and she felt very happy during demonstrations.
