Yavatmal : Hindus demand ban on ‘Kedarnath’ movie for promoting love jihad

Yavatmal : ‘Love is pilgrimage’ is the tag-line of forthcoming film titled ‘Kedarnath’ which is against the very purpose of Hindus undertaking pilgrimage and it encourages ‘love jihad’; therefore, ban should be imposed on the above film, was the demand made during demonstrations staged under ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ on 2nd December at Datta Chowk by various pro-Hindu organizations. More than 280 persons signed the representation. Shri. Prabhakar Dambhare of ‘Gurudev Seva Mandal’, Shri. Ganesh Sathe of ‘Yuva Seva Sangh’, lady-seekers from ‘Mahila Utthan Mandal’; besides Sanatan Sanstha’s seekers and activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) participated in demonstrations.

1. Devout citizens came forward to sign the representation on listening to speeches taking up various issues during demonstrations.

2. Shri. Prabhakar Dambhare of ‘Gurudev Seva Mandal’ joined the demonstrations and created awareness among participants towards issues taken up during demonstrations.

3. Child-seekers made appeal to people to join the demonstrations.

4. Officers from Intelligence Bureau asked names of activists joining the demonstrations. (Police ask names of devout Hindu activists who join demonstrations staged in lawful manner though they never create any law and order problem. Had police utilized their time for some constructive work, which would be better utilization of their time ! – Editor)
