Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Thane

Decision to take over Shri Shanaishchar shrine is like playing with Hindus’ sentiments !

Thane : Temples were taken over by the Government under the guise of their better management but in reality, Government committees appointed for management have misappropriated funds on large scale and looted temple money worth billions of rupees. The Government, that is not punishing such sinners, has no moral right to take over Shanaishchar shrine. Government should immediately hand over management to devotees and cancel its plan of take over. No action has so far been taken against the corrupt looters of funds from temples taken over by Government and the culprits are still freely moving around. Hindus are enraged due to such inaction and the Government should not play with Hindus’ sentiments. The above warning was given by pro-Hindu organizations through demonstrations held under aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan (RHA)’ at Thane. Demonstrations were staged near SATIS Bridge close to Thane railway station, at 6.00 p.m.

Representatives of pro-Hindu organizations such as ‘Shriram Hindu Sena’, ‘Hindu Mahasabha’, ‘Hindu Janajagruti Samiti’ and ‘Sanatan Sanstha’ etc participated in demonstrations. They were holding placards and raising slogans against the Government. Signatures were also taken from people on representation being submitted, on this occasion. The other demand was made that Karnataka Government should cancel naming of Haj House after Tipu Sultan.

Highlights
