Protection of Dharma is basic duty and right ! – Adv. Hari Shankar Jain

Adv. Hari Shankar Jain

To work for creating awakening of Hindus and protection of Dharma is the duty of Hindus; it is also a right. However, may be due to craving, politics or any other reasons, Hindu community lags behind in fulfilling the duty. Despite possessing weapons and Scriptures, Hindus have been turned as timid. Hindus still possess inferiority complex when compared with fanatics. It should now be eliminated. Over-tolerance is now enough. I am a staunch Hindu; I am out for protecting Dharma. Business will come later…first I am Hindu. India is not the secular nation, it is nation of Dharma, and those who oppose this thought will be punished by us. We should declare this with pride, Adv. Hari Shankar Jain made an appeal full of Kshatravrutti (Attitude of warrior).

Other aspects presented by Adv. Hari Shankar Jain

1. The Indian Constitution has not only given equal rights to the minorities, but many more things as gifts.

2. This is a God’s country. It should be firmly stated that the first right on the resources of the country is that of Hindus.

3. Today, it is proudly declared that ‘Vande Mataram’ will not be recited even if knife is put to the neck. Can such statement be made in any other country ? However, such statement will not be tolerated now calmly. The worthy sons of motherland will come forward to protect the nation against the anti-national elements irrespective of the form in which they are active.

The unique features of Adv. Hari Shankar Jain stated by Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale

National Guide of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti Sadguru (Dr.) Charudatta Pingale narrated following unique features of Adv. Hari Shankar Jain who is fighting like a warrior for protecting Dharma

1. Adv. Hari Shankar Jain is an ideal for all advocates. He is scrupulous towards duties, Karmayogi, prepared to use Saam, Daam, Dand and Bhed (To advice and ask, to offer and buy, to punish and exploiting the secrets) for the protection of Dharma, ever striving without expectations and with yearning and always busy in performing sadhana.

2. Through the radiant lectures of Adv. Hari Shankar Jain, his loyalty toward Dharma and Principles can be experienced. The pains he feels because of present corrupt system are apparent. Even though he declared in his address that he would no more tolerate the injustice, he has been fighting against injustice for last 38 years.

3. He is working for the protection of the Nation and Dharma without any expectations. When we met activists of many organisations in Lucknow, all of them expressed that Adv. Hari Shankar Jain was their patron, protector; they were never refused any assistance by Adv. Hari Shankar Jain.

4. He is pro-active in uniting Hindus and advocates. He inspires activists by telling them that he is standing behind them in their endeavour to serve the cause of Hindutva.

5. Even today, he notes down aspects perceived by him and the important references, and works on them as is possible for him. When the advocates from Kerla asked for assistance for approaching the Supreme Court, Adv. Hari Shankar Jain immediately expressed his readiness without any conditions. This goes to show that a relationship of brethren has been created among devout Hindus despite any connection such as language, State, family etc., and all are conducting as family members.

6. He has also imbibed sanskars of Dharma on his son (Adv, Vishnu Shankar Jain, Advocate practising in the Supreme Court). He says we have to fight for protection of the Nation and Dharma without bothering about profit or loss. Only due to his yearning and sense of dedication, he is attending the Conventions without bothering about his practice in the Supreme Court.

7. Despite his busy schedule, he regularly performs meditation and sadhana. He says he can meditate better when arriving in Ashram. Adv. Jain is an ideal for those who say they do not find time to perform sadhana due to their busy daily schedule.

When will the mistakes committed during slavery be corrected ?

Mosques have been erected near the important temples. Do you not feel sorrow when you witness mosques standing near Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Ram Temple, Krushna Temple ? Should we not correct the mistakes committed during slavery now ? This question was raised by Adv. Hari Shankar Jain.
