Hindu youth Surya Chauhan brutally murdered by jihadis on Bakri Eid in Ghaziabad

“Have you seen a goat being slaughtered?” asked Asad before stabbing Surya Chauhan

Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – In a shocking incident in the Kheda (Khoda) area on the evening of Bakri Eid (May 28, 2026), 17-year-old Surya Pratap Chauhan was brutally murdered by a group of acquaintances. The attackers stabbed him multiple times, and he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

To settle an old grudge, the accused called Surya on his mobile and lured him to a lane near Chaudhary School. There, Asad, Nawab, Farhan, Atif, Saarik, and other youths intercepted Surya and stabbed  him multiple times with a knife. He was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment. According to eyewitnesses, before the stabbing began, the youths called Surya close to them. The accused then asked Surya, “Have you ever seen a goat being slaughtered?” and started attacking him, leaving him drenched in blood.

On hearing Surya’s screams, his brother Yash and his mother rushed to the spot. Seeing the family arrive, all the jihadi criminals fled, with Surya lying in a critical condition. The family quickly took him to Fortis Hospital in Noida, ho, Surya died during treatment.

Revenge for an old grudge and a conspiracy on ‘Bakri Eid’

The deceased, Surya Chauhan, was originally from Etah. He lived in Navneet Vihar, Khoda, with his mother, elder brother Yash, and younger sister. His father, Kaushlendra, had already passed away. Surya was a student of Class 11. According to reports, about eight months ago, Surya had a minor dispute over a trivial matter with a youth named Asad who lived in the neighbourhood. To avenge this old grudge, Asad chose the day of Bakri Eid.

Eyewitness revelation: ‘Today we will sacrifice a Hindu’

Surya had gone to meet Asad along with his friends Ayush and Vicky. Vicky and Ayush have made shocking revelations about what they saw. Vicky stated that as soon as they reached the lane, 5 to 6 fanatic youths, including Asad, Nawab, Farhan, Atif, and Saarik, were already lying in wait with weapons.

As soon as Surya arrived, they surrounded him from all sides. They then made communal and violent remarks, and asked if he had ever seen a goat being slaughtered. According to eyewitnesses, the accused shouted that today is Bakri Eid and today they would “sacrifice this Hindu boy.”

With these words, all the accused launched an attack on Surya with large knives. They stabbed Surya repeatedly in the stomach, chest, and other parts of his body. The attack was so barbaric that Surya’s intestines were ripped out due to the repeated stabbing.

The site was filled with screams and chaos. Hearing the noise, Surya’s brother Yash and his mother ran towards the scene. Seeing the family approaching, the attackers fled the spot, leaving Surya writhing in pain and covered in blood. The family hurried the critically injured Surya to Fortis Hospital, Noida, where he sucummed to his injuries.

Accused killed in encounter

The main accused in the Surya Chauhan murder case, Asad, has been killed in a police encounter in Ghaziabad. The police engaged Asad in an encounter in Indirapuram. His accomplice took advantage of the situation and managed to flee. Fifty rounds were fired from both sides. A police constable was also injured in this encounter.

Bulldozer action next; Killer Asad’s house to be razzed!

In the high-profile Surya Chauhan murder case of Ghaziabad, preparations for bulldozer action have now begun. Following the encounter of the main accused Asad, the administration is preparing to take action against his house. In Navneet Vihar, Khoda, an administrative team made an announcement using drums and loudspeakers, pasted a notice on the accused’s house, and declared the house was built on illegally occupied land.
