Exhibition on revolutionaries held at Sarathi Vidyalaya (Pune)

Spontaneous response by teachers and students

Pune : Revolutionaries fought, without caring for own life, for freedom of this country against oppression by British rulers. History of these revolutionaries is not properly explained in text books. On 10th August, therefore, HJS organized a pictorial exhibition on life history of revolutionaries at Sarathi Primary and Secondary School in Chandan nagar-Kharadi so that students would know about them and get inspiration to serve this country. 1114 students visited the exhibition. Many students wrote down information on different revolutionaries in their note books. Teachers also liked the exhibition. Students and school staff helped in arranging and winding up of the exhibition.
