Movement against ‘Communal Violence Bill’

Ghanasoli (Navi Mumbai) : The Central Government is trying to pass an Act titled ‘Communal Violence Bill’ under the guise of providing protection to the minorities which will be injustice to majority Hindus. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has undertaken movement against this anti-Hindu Act. Demonstration were staged in this context by HJS at Ghanasoli.

Dr. Uday Dhuri of HJS presented the contentions of HJS against the Act. The local Hindus spontaneously took part in these demonstrations. A signature drive against the proposed Act and against the Government was also undertaken on the occasion. Mr. Ganesh Baranval and Chandrakant Pawar of RSS, Mr. Sagar Kolhe of Bajarang Dal, Mr. Dwarakanath Bhoir, Trustee of Ghanasoli Hanuman Mandir, Mr. Navanath Patil, Pankaj Savarbandhe, Mrs. Shobha Sonavade and HJS members viz. Uday Dhuri, Sunil Kadam, Narendra Surve etc. took part in the demonstrations.
