Sangli : Sanjay Sadavilkar from Kolhapur has been involved in several offences such as making revolver and pistol in illegal manner; handling these weapons; sale and purchase of the weapons and their repairs etc. Complaints have been lodged against him with 4 police stations in the district. Even then, no action has been taken against Sanjay Sadavilkar so far; therefore, an in-depth inquiry needs to be conducted against Sadavilkar and case should be filed against him immediately. The above demand has been made by ‘Pujya’ Sambhajirao Bhide, the Founder of ‘Shri Shivpratishthan’ with Sangli District SP Dattatrey Shinde during a meeting held with him in his office at Sangli, on 21st November on behalf of all pro-Hindu organizations. Members of Shiv Sena, BJP and Shri Shivpratishthan were present in large number on this occasion.

FIR is expected to be filed promptly against Sadavilkar. I will continue to follow up this matter till then. I will take up this issue with the Director General of Police and with others including the State Chief Minister, if necessary. We are with Sanatan in this matter, assured ‘Pujya’ Bhide Guruji.

No action taken against Sadavilkar even after 24 days since lodging of complaint !

On 29th October, the first complaint was lodged against Sadavilkar at Tasgaon; followed with lodging of 3 complaints at Palus, Kavathemahankal and Sangli respectively. No action has, however, been taken against Sadavilkar which is creating doubts in citizens’ minds whether police are trying to avoid taking action against him, stated ‘Hindutvavadis’ on this occasion.

Shri. Swapnil Patil, Shri. Nivas Patil, Shri. Arun Yadav, Shri. Sachin Chavan, Shri. Santosh Patil and other devout Hindus were present on the occasion. The representation has been signed by advocate Santosh Patil, advocate Shirsat, Govind Sovani; Abhijit Ghule, BJP’s Shri. Vinay Sapkal, Shri. Rajendra Mali, Shri. Raju Pujari and other devout Hindus.

Fifth complaint lodged against Sanjay Sadavilkar

Arrest Sanjay Sadavilkar and his group immediately ! – Sou. Ashatai Potdar lodged complaint with SP office

Sanjay Sadavilkar has committed various crimes like making and handling of revolvers and pistols in illegal manner; their sale and purchase; carrying out repairs of weapons etc. He has even admitted to committing such crimes before the Judge; therefore, based on such admittance, Sanjay Sadavilkar, his associates like Bapu Indulkar and others, who are conniving with him and selling weapons in illegal manner, should be arrested filing cases against them, is the complaint lodged by a patriotic citizen, Sou. Ashatai Potdar on 21st November with the Police Head Office, Sangli.

With this complaint, the total number of complaints lodged against Sadavilkar has gone up to 5.

Are the police, who promptly arrested Sanatan seeker Dr. Tawade, trying to avoid taking action owing to political pressure ?

On the basis of statement given by Sanjay Sadavilkar, police promptly arrested Sanatan seeker Dr. Virendrasingh Tawade; but why the same police are not taking action against Sadavilkar and his accomplices under the charges of illegal sale and purchase of weapons even though 5 complaints were lodged against him ? Is it wrong if citizens feel that police were avoiding to take action against Sadavilkar due to political pressure ?
