Dapoli (Maharashtra): Bharat is a land of Saints. Affronting of Saints in their own land is a big challenge before Hindu Dharma, said H. H. Ulhasgiri Maharaj, a disciple of H. H. Gagangiri Maharaj. He was addressing the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on the local Azad Grounds.

H. H. Ulhasgiri Maharaj said further, “The arrest of Jagatguru Shankaracharya, torturing of Sadhvi Pragya Singh and the ‘chapter case’ filed against H. H. Dr. Athavale, who has propagated importance of Hindu Dharma not only in India but also abroad; who is always striving for ‘Dharmaprasar’ and developing thousands of virtuous seekers through the medium of Sanatan Sanstha, are examples of humiliation of Saints. The country is not becoming ‘Sujalaam – Suphalaam’ due to such insult of Saints and cow-slaughter. There is a big challenge of conversions before Hindu Dharma. Thousands of Hindus converted to other religions have been brought back by Jagatguru Narendracharyaji Maharaj and I salute to Him for the invaluable task undertaken by Him.”   

Sanatan’s books are an effective medium of ‘Dharmashikshan’ !

The books compiled by H. H. Dr. Athavale are an effective medium to impart ‘Dharmashikshan’ to Hindus. Hindus can learn about Dharma even through the ‘Dharmashikshan’ classes conducted by HJS. Maharaj also gave a message to all Hindus which was ‘Dharma Jaanaa (Know your Dharma), Dharma Jagaa (Live as per Dharma) and Dharma Jagavaa (Promote your Dharma)’

Govt. has forgotten the great national leaders ! – Mr. Ramesh Shinde, HJS

The current year is the centenary memorial year of martyr Anant Kanhere. This is also a centenary year of the sacrifice made by great revolutionary Madanlal Dhingra and the world-renowned jump of freedom-fighter Savarkar in Marseilles Sea as also the poem ‘Ne Majasi ne parat matrubhumila …’ written by Savarkar; but the Governmenr has forgotten all these things. Saints and religious leaders are really concerned about the wellbeing of this country. Despite our country gaining freedom, there are cities with names like Aurangabad, Usmanabad, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Faizabad etc. which is indifference of the rulers. Mrs. Radha Surve of ‘Ranaragini’ and Mr. Vinay Panwalkar of ‘Dharmashakti Sena’ also addressed the meeting on this occasion.
