‘Why the secular Government treats Hindus with discrimination ?’ – H. B. P. Eknath Maharaj Dikkar

Magh Krushna Dwadashi, Kaliyug Varsha 5111

Devri (Dist. Akola, Maharashtra)
: In the present time, there is no need for permission to put ‘hooter’ on the mosques; but Hindus have to take permission even to hold one program. This makes one wonder whether we are living in Pakistan or in India. The Government has always favoured non – Hindus. Nobody knows what action was taken against the goons molesting Hindu women at Achalpur; but Sadhvi Pradnya Singh falsely alleged in Malegaon bomb blast case, is severely tortured. Hindu unity is, therefore, the need of the hour. Why the secular Government treats Hindus with so much discrimination, asked H. B. P. Eknath Maharaj Dikkar in the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held at Devri.

The ‘Sabha’ was attended by about 150 devout Hindus. Mrs. Ashwini Sarode of ‘Ranaragini’ and Mr. Dheeraj Raut of HJS also addressed the ‘Sabha’. The local youth made a demand to start ‘Dharmashilshan’ classes after the ‘Sabha’. The attempts to impose a ban on pro-Hindu organizations like Sanatan and Bajarang Dal were condemned. Mr. Haribhau Waghole, a member of Panchayat Samiti and members of Gurudev Seva Mandal extended valuable support in organization of the ‘sabha’.
