On 14th February, Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha has been organized at St. Rocks School Hall, Gorai. A rally was taken out to advertise about the ‘sabha’ in Borivali when an appeal was made to Hindus to unite. The rally started from Sree Dattamandir was ended near Suvidyalaya School. About 130 devout Hindus participated in the rally. The gathering at the conclusion of the rally was addressed by H. B. P. Arun Maharaj Kadam of Warakari Sampradaya and Mr. Sadanand Panchal of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.

H. B. P. Arun Maharaj said that the money donated by Hindus at temples like Sree Siddhivinayak and Vitthal Mandir at Pandharpur is not used for the welfare of Hindus but the Government is pocketing all the money. There have been constant attacks on Hindu Dharma but Hindus are not coming together. In ‘Kali Yuga’, there is no alternative for Hindus but to be in the company of Saints.

Mr. Panchal said that it is very shameful that awareness has to be created among Hindus in their own country towards their Dharma; it is because Hindus are not uniting. The Government is trying to keep away the students from the true and valiant history of the revolutionaries. To impress upon the Hindus, their duty towards their Nation, Dharma and God, Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabhas are being conducted.

‘Puja’ of the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’ was performed en route of the rally at 6 places.

Gokak (Dist. Belgaum, Karnataka)

On the grounds of J. S. S. College, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has organized a Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha on 14th February 2010 at 5.00 p.m. A rally was organized yesterday through the city to advertise about the ‘sabha’. The rally started from Sree Basaveshwar Chowk by performing ‘puja’ of the ‘Dharma-dhvaj’ and about 200 devout Hindus participated in the rally that ended at Valmiki Sports Ground.

Mr. Lakshman Tapasi, a devout Hindu advocate said that Hindus are succumbing to western culture. There is grave need for Hindus to get ‘Dharmashikshan’ and this is what HJS has been doing. Mr. Girish Kulkarni of HJS said, “God’s grace has to be there for uniting Hindus. Other pro-Hindu organizations are also taking part in this ‘Dharmakarya’. Hindus should attend the ‘Sabha’ organized on 14th February in large number.”
