Very good response to ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ held at Shira (Karnataka)

Shira (Karnataka): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) had held ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ at Sree Lakshmi Vyankateshwar Kalyan Hall in Shira, Tumkur Taluka recently. The ‘Sabha’ was addressed by Sri Sri Basava Mahalingam Swami from Punyakoti Ashram, Advocate Shri. Siddhegouda, Mr. Vighnesh Muger of ‘Dharmashakti Sena’, Mrs. Suma Manjesh of ‘Ranaragini’ and Mr. Suresh Herur of HJS and was attended by about 250 devout Hindus.

The ‘Sabha’ began with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’ and lighting of lamp. Sri Sri Basavappa Mahalingam Swamiji said, in his address that India was fighting, on 3 fronts viz. conversions, terrorism and poverty, at the same time. The parents are not getting along with each other and it has adverse effect on the children. They, therefore, need to take ‘Dharmashikshan.’ Every Hindu must hoist a saffron flag on his house and try to protect the flag. Adv. Siddhegouda said, “Every Hindu should use his energy for work related to protection of Dharma.”
