Attempts to throttle history even 68 years after independence : Sunil Ghanvat, HJS

  • More than 250 devout Hindus pay homage to Bajiprabhu despite rains !
  • Anandrao Kashid, the thirteenth descendant of ‘Veer’ Shiva Kashid attends the program !

Malkapur (Dist. Kolhapur) : Even after getting freedom, there is a district named after tyrant Aurangzeb; but there is no district after the name of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj who sacrificed his life for Dharma. Even today, there are cities and roads named after Akbar, Humayun and other invaders who had severely tortured Hindus. Same thing is going on in case of history curriculum. Today’s secular Education Department has removed picture of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj shown as pulling guts of Afzal Khan and included a picture depicting just meeting between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Afzal Khan. Unfortunately, even after 68 years of freedom, attempts are made to suppress true history. We should come together and stop such attempts, appealed Shri. Sunil Ghanavat, the State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) while speaking in a program held on the occasion of martyr day of Bajiprabhu Deshapnde at Malkapur after the ‘palakhi’ procession. It was raining when the program was held; still more than 250 devout Hindus were present. Shri. Anandrao Kashid, the 13th descendant of Shiva Kashid specially came from Panhala-Nebapur for the program.

For fighting against terrorism, come together as Hindus keeping aside personal hatred, castes and creeds ! – Punditrao Vibhute

Shri. Punditrao Vibhute, President of Traders’ Association from Malkapur said, “We should come together as Hindus; forgetting our personal hatred, castes and creed etc to fight against terrorism; else, the time and future will not forgive us. We should work for protection of nation for benevolence. We must remember sacrifices made by our brave warriors and at least try to follow them.”

Bharat is forgetting own history despite her million year-old traditions ! – Anandrao Kashid, 13th descendant of Shiva Kashid

Indian culture and Hindu Dharma have more than million year-old traditions but we are forgetting our ancient culture and Dharma; whereas religions, which do not have history of more than 2000 to 3000 years such as Christianity and Islam, have 56 and 104 countries respectively under them. There is lot to learn from the history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj; but we are not ready to learn anything from the same. One, who studies history, can create new future; therefore, let us keep Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and revolutionaries as our ideals and take action.

Fistful of ‘Hindutvavadis’ will establish Hindu Rashtra like ‘mawlas’ of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj ! – Sunil Ghanavat

Oath of Hindu Rashtra taken despite heavy rains !

An oath was taken at Pavankhinda for establishment of Hindu Rashtra. Shri. Sunil Ghanavat said on the occasion, “Freedom has not been given to us on platter nor is it donated to us; similarly, Hindu Rashtra will also not be given to us as a gift but it will have to be established through struggle. Sacrifice of brave ‘mawlas’, revolutionaries and great national leaders is the reason that today, we can give our identity as Hindus. If future generations ask us what we did for them, what would be our reply? We need to think about it now. Instead of keeping our ideals as Khans from the film world, keep Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Tanaji Malusare, Bajiprabhu Deshpande, Veer Shiva Kashid as ideals. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj established ‘Hindvi Swaraj’ with the help of fistful of ‘mawlas’; similarly, we have to establish Hindu Rashtra with few people.”

More than 250 devout Hindus including Shri. Anandrao Kashid, the thirteenth descendant of ‘Veer’ Shiva Kashid, Shri. Aniket Hirave, Shri. Madhukar Kore, KDCC’s Director Shri. Sarjerao Patil, BJP’s Shri. Suresh Patel, Shri. Charudatta Potdar, Shri. Jitendra Pundit, Shri. Ramesh Padaval, Shri. Mahesh Mayekar from Ratnagiri were present on the occasion.
