Ranaragini branch of HJS inaugurated at Kalyan

Women need to realize that their superiority and beauty lies in their character ! – Sou. Meena Ravat, member, Patanjali Yoga Samiti’s women’s executive committee

Kalyan : ‘Nari’ means the one who doesn’t get defeated by anyone. Bravery and valour’s symbol is Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi; but today’s women are emulating western culture and have forgotten her. Our language and manner of dressing is like Deities; but we have never learnt about their significance; therefore, we are insulting Indian culture. People from other countries do not emulate us but we emulate them. It should be remembered that superiority and beauty lies in our character, stated Sou. Meena Ravat, member of ‘Patanjali Yoga Samiti’s Mahila Rajya Karyakarini (women’s executive body). On the occasion of martyr Day of Rani Lakshmibai, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) started its branch of Ranaragini Division for women wherein Sou. Ravat addressed the audience of about 100 women, attending the program.

A 23 years old ‘Ranaragini’ fought till her last drop of blood on the battle field. She fought for 3 days and sacrificed life to protect her chastity. Where is that fire of Rani Jhansi now ? Many women don’t know the word love jihad. The new form of terrorism is love jihad. About 2,00,000 women have been trapped in love jihad till now. Women are in forefront in all types of crimes now and the only reason is lack of Dharmashikshan. Ranaragini is therefore, needed to change this situation.

Sou. Nandini Surve of HJS and Sou. Tanvi Sarmalkar of Sanatan Sanstha also addressed the audience.

Highlights

1. Kum. Tapasya Ghangurde of Shivapratishthan Hindustan raised slogans acclaiming Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj with all the titles given to him.

2. Sanatan’s Sou. Sunita Patil narrated her experiences of participating in temple protection at Shani Shinganapur and love jihad cases.

3. Demonstrations on self-defence were also conducted which received very good response. A 60 year-old woman showed interest in learning self-defence.
