Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held successfully at Lavel, Dist. Ratnagiri

Paush Shuddha Dwadashi/Trayodashi, Kaliyug Varsha 5111

Lavel (Dist. Ratnagiri, Maharashtra): Members of ‘Andhashraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANS)’ say that ‘offering coconut to God, going on Pandharpur pilgrimage are superstitions. Such things are not to be proved but to be experienced. All the unrighteous people born in this country are descendents of demons like Ravan and Kansa. ‘Dharma-shikshan’ classes should be started in every village to fight against the demonic thoughts and for survival of Hinduism (Hindutva). The straying youth of today should be imparted education on Dharma. The above views were expressed by Mr. Ashok Shinde, the former Sarpanch of Boraj in his address during the ‘Dharma-jagruti Sabha’ organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) at Sree Ganesh Mandir Hall. The ‘sabha’ began with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’. Mrs. Anjali Gurav of Balkalyan Samiti of Zilha Parishad, Mr. Paresh Gujarathi of Dharmashakti Sena and Mr. Sanjay Joshi of HJS were the other dignitaries attending the ‘Sabha’. The ‘Sabha’ was attended by about 150 devout Hindus.

Mrs. Anjali Gurav of Bal-kalyan Samiti said in her address that now Hindus have to make efforts for protection of Hindus, for preserving the reverence of the saffron flag, the bravery shown by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and for survival of Hinduism (Hindutva). Mr. Joshi also addressed the meeting.

Resolutions for setting up of ‘Gram-rakshak Dal (Force)’ and opposing proposed ban on pro-Hindu organizations were also passed in the meeting.
