Koparkhairane : Jews, displaced for 1200 years, dreamt about own independent country and realized their dream into reality. On the other hand, even after 60 years of independence, we have to struggle so much for India’s becoming a Hindu Rashtra. Hindus remained peaceful even after facing oppression for 1400 years under Islam and 200 years under Christians. Hindus should always be alert towards mother tongue, own Dharma and own country, stated Shri. Mangesh Mhatre of ‘Hindu Mahasabha’. On 29th May, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon, a discussion session was held by ‘Navi Mumbai Hindu Brains’ at ‘Bharatiya Jagaran’ School in Sector 1 and Shri. Mhatre spoke during this session. 47 devout Hindus from various pro-Hindu organizations such as Shri Shivpratishthan Hindustan, Shri Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti, Bajarang Dal, RSS, Raudrashambho Pratishthan, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti etc. besides Hindu Mahasabha participated in the discussion program.

Hindu Rashtra is not a dream but a dawn which will be a reality. Everyone should start efforts with own active participation, in establishment of Hindu Rashtra. It was therefore, resolved by devout Hindus gathered there, to unite and become active during the discussion program on the topic of ‘Need for Hindu Rashtra’. Birth anniversary of Swatantryaveer Savarkar was also celebrated on the occasion.

He said while talking about bravery shown by Veer Savarkar, “Veer Savarkar was a philosopher’s stone. He created many revolutionaries like Madanlal Dhingra, Anant Kanhere and Senapati Bapat. Hindu Rashtra is an ideal way of leading life and not a political matter or matter of convenience. Every small act should be ideal which will lead to ideal behavior. Let us increase the yearning for establishment of Hindu Rashtra by Dharmacharan, abiding by Dharma.”

Other ‘Hindutvavadis’ attending the program, also expressed their views on protection of nation and Dharma. Demands were made during the session such as starting ‘Gurukul’ system of education by changing the English education system; making Sanskrut subject compulsory and be taught from 1st standard all over the country; true fiery history of Hindus should be taught in schools and colleges and Dharmashikshan should be imparted in schools.
