Solapur (Maharashtra): The representation conveying decisions taken in the ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ held at Shelgi, Solapur was submitted to the District Collector on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, for forwarding it to the State Government for adoption. .The ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha  ‘ was held on 15th November in the presence of many eminent speakers and 425 devout Hindus.

The representation was accepted by the deputy Collector Mr. Suresh Jadhav. The members of HJS viz. Mr. Vijay Mane, Ganesh Mali, Jitendra Tiwari, Shreeniwas Tavtam, Mahadeo Vhanmane, Satyanarayan Kanaki, Shreeniwas Dusa, Shrishail Mahant, Ramesh Awar, Yallappa Chougule, Shriram Salunke and Vinod Rasal etc. were present on the occasion.

Solapur (Maharashtra): On 15th November, during the Dharmajagruti sabha which was held by Hindu Janajagaruti Samiti in Shivdasmay function hall.  At that time, the speakers awakened the radiance of Dharma among the Hindu attendees by shouting slogans such as ‘Har Har Mahadev’, ‘Chatrapati Shivaji Maharajancha Vijay Aso’, ‘Sanatan Hindu Dharmacha Vijay Aso’.
Hindu Janjagruti Samiti’s Dharashiv and Beed district co-ordinator Mr.Vikram Ghodke, Mr. Basavaraj Itkale, Akashwani’s news reader Mr. Gurushant Dhuttargaonkar, District leader of Ranaragini Mrs. Rajashri Tiwari were the prominent personalities present as speakers during this Sabha.  Devout Hindus were present in large number for this sabha.

Mr. Basavaraj Itkale said, ‘It is through few Hindus only the torch of Hindu unity will be lightened. Every Hindu should keep an ideal of Shivaji Maharaj and face the obstacles courageously. We can unite only through education of Dharma. Mr. Gurushant Dhutargaonkar said that everyone should participate in this effort of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti.  Mrs. Rajashri Tiwari said, ‘Love Jihad has ruined the life of young Hindu girls. To stop this hurricane, young Hindu girls should become like Raani Lakshmibai and the Hindu mothers should become like Jijamata.  Mr. Vikram Ghodke said, the denigration of deities through  art should be stopped. Due to the religious conversions the north-eastern states are in danger.  Such attacks could be stopped only if Hindu’s remain united.

Mr. Channaveer Swami gave the introduction about Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Compeering was done by Mr. Pratik Jadhav and Miss. Snehal Jevale. To make this Sabha successful, efforts were made by Sarva Mr Vijay Mane, Appu Kolkoor, Sachin Dhappadhule, Dnyaneshwar Karbhari, Mrram Salunke, Mrnivas Tavtam, Ramesh Aavaar, Satyanarayan Kanki, Kanakraj Naraal, Yashpaal Chitapure, etc.

The following resolutions were passed unanimously during the Sabha

  1. Recitation of ‘Vande Mataram’ must be made compulsory
  2. The proposal to ban Sanatan Sanstha under the pretext of Margao blast should be stopped immediately.
  3. An appropriate and prompt action must be taken against Mohammad Afzal Guru and Ajmal Kasab.

Contribution

1.    Mr. Totad from Shivdaasmay Mangal office provided the function hall free of cost.  Also, other utilities like chairs, electricity generator, spreads, etc. required for the sabha were made available free of cost.
2. The vehicles, PA system needed for spreading the word about the Sabha were made available by the Dharmabhimanis from Shelgi area.
3. About 15 Devout Hindus  from Shelagi area helped in overall administration of the Sabha since morning.
