Think like Rajmata Jijabai rather than so-called progressive women activists : Adv. Aparna Ramteerthkar

Sangavi (Dist. Pune) : Motherhood is a boon given to women; but activists of organizations for women-emancipation think that woman was getting stuck in household work and in raising children. Had Rajmata Jijau thought on similar lines, would we have Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Sambhaji Maharaj amongst us ? Parents educated girls to become doctors and engineers; but they couldn’t generate maternal feelings amongst them; therefore, create mothers in them, advised advocate Smt. Aparna Ramteerthkar during a program organized by ‘Sangavi Vikas Manch’ on the occasion of ‘World Women’s Day’. Adv. Ramteerthkar spoke on the topic of ‘Aai, tu Jijau Ho (O Mother, be Jijau)’. Many parents appealed to advocate Ramteerthkar for giving advice to their children after the program.

She said further

1. Girls are getting caught in the clutches of love jihad and conversion due to lack of Dharmashikshan. Hindu women should have love and respect towards Hindu Dharma as Muslim women have towards Islam.

2. Teach girls English but don’t let them become British

Highlights

Adv. Ramteerthkar was admitted to ICU last week due to ill health; still she attended the program and guided people.
