Pali (Rajasthan): ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ was held on 4th October 2009 at Bagadinagar. A follow up meeting was held at Sree Ram Temple recently to unite devout Hindus and to give them right direction for joining activities related to protection of Dharma. The response from devout Hindus attending the follow up meeting was very good and they were quite inspired and expressed their wish to join the activities.

The meeting started with recitation of Ganesha shloka ‘Vakratunda Mahakay……’ It was unanimously decided to start ‘Dharma shikshan’ (Imparting knowledge about Hindu Dharma) classes in Bagadinagar for the local women and youth. Two persons came forward to write the ‘Dharma shikshan’ board regularly. It was also decided to submit a representation to the local Administrative Officers demanding ban on sale of fire crackers with pictures of Hindu Deities. An appeal was also made in the meeting that Hindus should boycott such fire crackers and write to the local periodicals for creating awareness among people towards this issue. All the attendees were ready to participate in the Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha to be held on 12th October at Guda, Chutra.

The meeting started with Mr. Swapnil Nate of HJS explaining the purpose of the meeting. Members of VHP, RSS, Bajarang Dal and Sanatan Sanstha were also present on the occasion.
