Growing excitement over the Hinduism Meet to be held in Virginia

The Hinduism Meet organized by the Forum for Hindu Awakening, to be held on the auspicious occasion of Kamada Ekadashi (18 July 2009) at the Durga Temple of Virgina, has gained support and interest of Hindus worldwide. It is interesting that people from around the world are registering for the event. The Hinduism Meet has received blessings of Saints and Swamis, and support from many Hindu organizations and Hindus.

“I am pleased to hear of the Hinduism Meet. Let everyone come to our Vaidik Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism),” has said Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Jayendra Saraswati of Kanchi Kamkoti Peeth. “Please accept the blessing of my beloved Srila Gurudeva… in mind and heart I will be there (at the Hinduism Meet),” has said Srila B. B. Bodhayan, President of Sree Gopinath Gaudiya Math.

Prestigious Hindu publications like Hinduism Today and Hindu Press International have given publicity to the event.

This ground breaking event will commence with recitations from the Vedas and ancient Hindu Scriptures.  It will bring together major Hindu leaders and groups of USA and Canada to discuss advancing awareness of Hinduism, passing authentic Hindu traditions to coming generations, spiritual renewal, preserving Hindu dharma, etc. Also it will feature an exhibition and videos on, the spiritual science behind Hinduism concepts and practices,

The Forum for Hindu Awakening (www.ForumforHinduAwakening.org) is a charitable organisation devoted to awaken society to the unique spiritual science behind Hindu Dharma concepts and practices, to motivate people to live and preserve them and to facilitate the spiritual progress of humanity.
