Various drives undertaken by active devout Hindus attending ‘Dharma Shikshan’ classes in Pune district

Bhor

* ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’ was organized by devout Hindus attending ‘Dharma-shikshan’ classes at Kikvi
* A lecture was organized at Shinde Wadi on the occasion of ‘Gudhi Padva’
* Five temples from Shinde Wadi have been adopted by devout Hindus for maintaining cleanliness and sanctity
* A collective arati session has been started in Vitthal Mandir at Shinde Wadi
* A drive to keep the temples clean has been undertaken at Bhor.

Sangavi

* A program was arranged on the occasion of death anniversary of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj. Advertising and planning of the program was done by devout Hindus
* At two places, they requested to remove tiles with pictures of Hindu deities and prevented denigration of deities
* A gathering was organized to develop contacts and getting to know family members of devout Hindus
* On the day of Hanuman Jayanti, signature drive was undertaken to register protest against anti-Hindu painter M F Hussain
* A drive was undertaken to create awareness among people towards celebration of ‘Valentine Day’
* ‘Ram naam japyadnya’ was organized on the day of ‘Sree Ram Navami’.

Talegaon Dabhade

*Signature drive was undertaken to oppose Husain on the day of Hanuman Jayanti
* A drive was undertaken to create awareness among people towards celebration of ‘Valentine Day’
* ‘Ram naam japyadnya’ was organized on the day of ‘Sree Ram Navami’.

Ahmednagar

*Cleanliness drive undertaken at a temple in Vakodi ‘Dharma Shikshan Class’
* A drive was undertaken to create awareness among people towards celebration of ‘Valentine Day’
* Program of collective ‘Aarati recitation’ was held on Hanuman Jayanti.

Bhosari

*Local devout Hindus took initiative in organizing ‘Ram naam japyadnya’ on the day of ‘Sree Ram Navami’
* On the day of Hanuman Jayanti, a ‘signature drive’ was undertaken to oppose Hussain.

* In a weekly follow-up meeting held after ‘Hindu Dharma-jagruti Sabha’, vigorous effeorts were made to increase subscribers of ‘Daily Sanatan Prabhat’ in Mehrun area, meetings of devout Hindus were held, Dharma-satsangs were organized and individual contacts were made as part of seva by Shri. Prashnat Deshmukh.

* After ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’, meeting was organized to propagate activities of HJS in which ‘Dharma Satsangs’ were started; Shri. Krushna Suryavanshi Kandari took initiative in opening a division of HJS in the village and sought participation of other local people.

* Shri. Shyam Patil from Faizpur took initiative in reading and study of Sanatan books, making subscribers for Daily Sanatan Prabhat and starting the newspaper in his village besides, regular distribution of DSP. 

* Shri. Ganesh Chaudhary was active in propagating for HJS’ self-defence classes and ‘Dharma Satsang’ at Mhaskavad.                

 * Shri. Arvind Zope, Rahul Bawiskar and Raju Bawiskar actively participated in spreading importance of self-defence classes and ‘Dharma Satsangs’ so also cleaning of Sree Ram Temple. Shri. Zope donated grains and drum for storage of water.

* Shri. Dheeraj Patil, Sushant Chaudhary and Vikas Patil from Sunoda were active in propagation of VCDs on ‘Dharma Satsangs’.

* Shri. Santosh Nevale, Kishor Bakhal and Navin Bakhal from Savkheda are busy explaining to local people the importance of ‘Dharma Satsangs’ and motivating them to attend these satsangs.

*Shri. Kapil Sali from Savda regularly writes on HJS display boards about ‘Dharma-shikshan’ learnt in ‘Dharma Satsangs’, organizes collective ‘arati sessions’ in Maruti Temple etc.

*After attending ‘Dharmajagruti Sabha’, boys from Viravali village repaired the temple that was in dilapidated condition and where collective ‘Aarati sessions’ were also started. A week long propogation about ‘Dharmasabha’ was also done in which Shri. Chhotu Patil took initiative.

Yavatmal

There are 30 youths who actively participate in promoting Dharma. Group of Shri. Vikas Deshmukh, Shri. Madan Deshmukh, Shri. Mahesh Jomde, Shri. Shyam Munde, Shri. Avinash Nene, Adv. Lalit Deshmukh, Shri. Vivek Sajjanvar, Shri. Dhuvesh Rathi, Shri. Aniruddha Narkhedkar, Shri. Prasad Chopde, Shri. Nilesh Deshmukh participated actively in the protest against ‘N.C.E.R.T’. They are ever ready to help in putting up the pictures in the FACT exhibition, attend Dharmasatsang, chant etc. 

Nanded

2 moths ago there were 33 readers of ‘Daily Sanatan Prabhat, today they are 180. This is the outcome of Dharmashikashan class. Each reader expresses that that this Dainik was unusual. They eagerly await for the Dainik to come. “We get inspired to do something for Hindus, they remarked”. 

Nashik

Shri. Pintu Gandane and Shri. Yogendra Thavri along with their friends undertake the campaign of cleaning temples. Sou. Damale promotes Dharmashikshan in Dharmashikshan class. He has also taken initiative to start another Dharmashikshan class. Shri. Ganesh Suryavanshi, Shri. Pradip Khot, Shri. Akshay Hon from Chandkesari, Kopargao, undertake the responsibility to clean the temple. They also prepare other people to follow Dharma. They have also made preparations for the exhibition. Shri. Ranjit Kose from Nashik tries to create awareness among the people to stop conversion. He is ever ready to offer his services.

Shri. Rajendra Kavde from  Kokamathan, Kopargao, asks whoever comes to his shop to read ‘Present condition of Hindu Dharma’ from ‘Daily Sanatan Prabhat’ and prepares them to think about some solution to change it.
