Shirala (Dist. Sangli) : The issues raised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) are proper and will be taken up during Assembly session, promised Shri. Shivajirao Naik, MLA of BJP elected from Shirala constituency. HJS activists met him and submitted a representation to him on issues like inclusion of true history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in NCERT text book and prevention of denigration of Shri. Ganesha idols happening due to immersion of idols in artificial water tanks. Shri. Rajaram More, Shri. Santosh Kumbhar of HJS, Shri. Suresh Jadhav, Shri. Ram Awati, devout Hindus Shri. Ashok Maskar, Shri. Gorakh Mane etc. were present. Similar representation was submitted even to BJP- MLA Shri. Surekh Khade from Miraj.
