Malkapur-Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : The restrictions, rules and regulations imposed by State Administration on Hindus during Ganesh festival should be lifted and Hindus should be allowed to celebrate their festival the way they want; else Shiv Sena will support Hindus against the fight over imposition of restrictions, stated Shri. Datta Powar, Shahuwadi Taluka-Chief of Shiv Sena while addressing the demonstrators held under the aegis of ‘Rashtriya Hindu Andolan’ at Subhash Chowk, Malkapur to protest against various attacks on Hindu Dharma.

H.B.P. Dagadu buva Khot : Staging such agitations to awaken Hindus is the need of the hour.

Many devout Hindus, Shiv Sena members and seekers of Sanatan, besides activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti were present on the occasion.

Highlight : It was raining before the start of the demonstrations but rain stopped immediately after starting of demonstrations.
