HJS and Shivaji Kranti Sena demand immediate removal of a lesson deriding Shivaji Maharaj from the curriculum

Demand of HJS and Shivaji Kranti Sena with Telangana Government

Bhagyanagar (Telangana) : Education Board of Telangana State has devised a text book titled ‘Our World through English’ for English medium curriculum.

In this book, there is a lesson containing matter which derides Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and glorifies Christians which has hurt religious sentiments of billions of patrons of Shivaji Maharaj.

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Shivaji Kranti Sena have therefore, made a demand that Telangana Government should immediately remove such lesson from the curriculum. A letter has also been written to Education Minister, Telangana State and Telangana Educational Research and Training Institute for removal of the above lesson.
