Conversions by Believers Church issue : Hindu Dharma-suraksha Samiti organizes Dharmajagruti Sabha at Kudchade (Goa)

Hindus resolve to prevent conversions by creating awareness amongst Hindus and curb activities of ‘Believers’

Kudchade (Goa) : Hindus, attending Dharmajagruti Sabha held at Kakoda, Goa on 23rd November in the evening, made a resolve for creating awareness amongst Hindus for preventing conversions and to curb activities of ‘Believers’ Church. Hindu Dharma-suraksha Samiti (HDS) held Dharmajagruti Sabha with the aim of creating awareness amongst Hindus against conversion activities undertaken by ‘Believers’ in Kudchade area.

The dignitaries attending the sabha were Shri. Dattagiri Maharaj, Shri. Anand Mayekar of ‘Brahmanand Tarunai’, Shri. Hanumant Parab of ‘Gou-vansh Raksha Abhiyan’, Shri. Eknath Naik of VHP, Shri. Siddhesh Bhagat of Bajarang Dal, Shiv Sena’s Shri. Nandkumar Naik and Dr. Manoj Solanki, the Goa-State Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. Shri. Dattagiri Maharaj and others inaugurated the Dharmajagruti Sabha. The program was attended by more than 250 devout Hindus.

Shri. Anand Mayekar

Wherever there is attack on Hindu Dharma, it is our duty to rush there for prevention of such attacks; in fact, we are born for this purpose. – Anand Mayekar, Brahmanand Tarunai

All pro-Hindu organizations, parties and Sects have come here for Dharmajagruti Sabha; setting aside their party, post, caste and creed etc. is a positive thing. We are followers of the supreme Indian culture. It is necessary to learn from the sacrifices made by revolutionaries for this country and be inspired to protect our culture. We are born for the purpose of preventing attacks on Hindu Dharma, so rush for help wherever required.

Are Hindus going to wake up only after all Hindu women are converted ? – Eknath Naik, VHP
This Dharmajagruti Sabha although small in size, is quite big as far as views expressed are concerned. Hindus are indifferent today; but are they going to wake up only after women from their families are converted ?

The next step of ploy hatched by ‘Believers’ is to convert Hindus and then make them fight against other Hindus ! – Hanumant Parab, Gou-vansh Raksha Abhiyan

The flame of Dharma-rakshan is ignited all over Goa through the medium of this Dharmajagruti Sabha. Not only women but even small children are falling prey to Believers’ conspiracy and it is necessary to prevent this as the next step of Believers’ ploy is to make converted Hindus fight against other Hindus.

It’s a challenge to Believers’ Pastor to restore life to a dead person ! – Siddhesh Bhagat, Bajarang Dal

It is a challenge to ‘Believers’ Pastor that he should restore life to a dead person. Women are mostly the victims of ‘Believers’ activities; therefore, it is an appeal to women that they should stop own family members from falling prey to ‘Believers’ activities. Controversy is deliberately created over the words Hindu Rashtra, when in fact the concept of Hindu Rashtra is not against non-Hindus.

Shri. Nandkumar Naik

Why do Believers advise Hindus to convert their Dharma ? – Nandkumar Naik, Shiv Sena

Pastor Dominic of Believers claims that a person is cured of some ailment by just touching his chest with the Pastor’s visiting card. Hindus are falling prey to such conversion acts. They are converting only Hindus. In fact, when non-Hindus go to Hindus temple to get divine favour, nobody forces them to become Hindu for getting such divine help. Why are then Believers asking Hindus to convert ?

Shri. Dattagiri Maharaj

All Sects from Goa should extend support to Hindu Dharma-suraksha Samiti to unite Hindus ! – Shri. Dattagiri Maharaj

Who has allowed people from Believers to propagate their religion in this way? All Sects from Goa need to extend support to Hindu Dharma-suraksha Samiti for uniting Hindus.

Dr. Manoj Solanki

Conversion to other religions is a sin ! – Dr. Manoj Solanki, HJS

It is necessary to lawfully oppose conversion tactics of ‘Believers’. Lack of Dharmashikshan and respect towards Dharma is the reason for Hindus falling prey to such conversion ploys. Conversion to other religion is a sin. Abide by your Dharma; try to increase love and respect towards Dharma with acts like applying ‘tilak’ on forehead; celebrating New Year on the day of ‘Gudhi Padva’ etc. HJS is extending full support to activities of HDS. The Government refused to grant permission for this ‘sabha’ in the name of security; but the same Government is deploying large number of policemen for exposition of the relics of St Xavier. Last year, Shankaracharya Swami Nishchalanand Saraswati of Puri had come to Goa but the State Government expressed inability to provide ‘Z’ security to him claiming lack of adequate manpower. All such incidents show that the Government takes Hindus for granted. Henceforth, whenever candidates go to Hindus seeking their votes, Hindus should ask them about their policy regarding ‘Believers’ converting Hindus.

‘Believers’ conversion activities are carried out at Kada Hall in Kudchade. It was decided in the sabha to submit a representation to the Government demanding information on source of funds provided to ‘Believers’ for their conversion activities.
