Solapur (Maharashtra): Special interview of Dr. Durgesh Samant, the national spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) was telecast in the background of Dharma-jagruti Sabha on ‘Vruttadarshan’ and ‘In Solapur’network’s ‘Bhakti’ channels. In the program called ‘Manthan’ on ‘Vruttadarshan’ channel, Adv. (Mrs.) Aparna Ramteerthakar and in ‘Hindu Jagruti Abhiyan: A discussion’ program on Bhakti channel, Shri. Umakant Chawande interviewed Dr. Samant.
     
Interview on ‘Bhakti’ channel was telecast in the morning as well as in the evening; so also ‘Manthan’ program was telecast thrice during the day. In this interview, Dr. Samant explained about his spiritual journey, denigration of deities through various mediums, manner in which it can be stopped etc. He also explained that why was it necessary to reply to criticism on Dharma. He told in detail about Dharma, its principles, teachings of saints, difference between experiences and spiritual experiences, what exactly is meant by faith and blind faith, campaigns fought lawfully by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, so-called Act for anti-Superstitions and proposed ‘Temple take-over’ Act etc
