Proud Hindus decide to fight against anti-Hindu Bills!

Mahad: The so called secular Congress-front Government is trying to pass two anti-Hindu Bills on ‘Black Magic’ and ‘Taking over management of temples’. A public meeting has been organized to protest against these Bills on 27 th May 2007 at Panvel by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti. A meeting was held of trustees of temples in Mahad and devout Hindus wherein it was decided to come together to fight against the proposed Bills. The meeting was attended by H. H. Phanase Maharaj and H. H. Bhagawan Swami of Warkari Sect.

Prof. Suresh Purohit of HJS requested participants to offer their suggestions and views on the scheduled meeting. He also explained about the injustice meted out to Hindus by Congress Govt. and why it is bent upon taking over only Hindu temples.

H. H. Phanase Maharaj said that it was essential to awaken Hindus; but it takes time to awaken them. Once they are awakened, within no time, they will destroy the unrighteous. All Hindus need to come together forgetting their sects and parties and fight against the Acts proposed to be passed against them. Shri. Nitin Pavale of Shiv Sena suggested that meetings should be held in all the important temples of Mahad to make people aware of the issue. A VCD of Dharma-sabha held in Mumbai at Nare Park was shown in the meeting.

(Congratulations to trustees of temples in Mahad and devout Hindus for this protest-Editor)
