Nationwide agitation if Udayanidhi Stalin, Priyank Kharge and A Raja are not arrested ! – HJS

Sanatan Dharma teaches Universal brotherhood. By comparing Sanatan Dharma with diseases such as Dengue, Malaria, Corona, AIDS, Leprosy, etc., Tamil Nadu Sports Minister Udayanidhi Stalin, Karnataka Rural Development Minister Priyank Kharge and Tamil Nadu DMK MP A Raja have hurt the religious sentiments of crores of Hindus across the country. All of them stand by their statements. Due to this, there has been a wave of anger among Hindus across the country. Therefore, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has demanded that the trio should be booked under Indian Penal Code Sections 153(A), 153(B), 295(A), 298, 505 and ‘I.T. Act’, National Security Act (NSA) should be imposed on all of them and they should be arrested. This demand was made with Amit Shah, the honourable Union Home Minister. The Samiti has also warned that if action is not taken against them, there will be severe agitations all over the country. The statement of demand in this context has been sent to the Union Home Minister.

After the meeting in Mumbai of INDIA alliance, which includes the opposition parties in the country, some of the participating parties have started to target Sanatan Dharma. The unity, integrity and peace of the country are being threatened by attacking the faith of crores of Hindus. Also, such statements by various responsible persons holding constitutional positions such as Ministers and MPs, is a kind of defeat of Democracy. Do these political parties or their leaders have the courage to make such statements about other religions such as Islam, Christianity, and so on ? Such representatives of the people who repeatedly target Hindus with inflammatory statements should be sacked not only from the Cabinet, but from the Legislature and Parliament as well. At other times the Police are ordered to promptly file hate speech cases against Hindus; however, it is unfortunate that even the Supreme Court has not taken Suo Moto action in this regard, when demeaning statements about Sanatan Dharma are being made for many days.

The peace, unity and integrity of the country will be threatened if the leaders who create such religious discord are not prosecuted and punished. Besides, the purpose of the said accused to create chaos in the country by creating riots will be successful. If this happens, the Police and Administration will be entirely responsible for it, the HJS said.
