Alappuzha (Kerala) : The members of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) met Shri. Vellappally Nateshan at his residence and invited him for the 2nd Hindu Adhiveshan to be held at Goa in June 2013. The aim and activities of HJS was explained to him by Shri. Nandakumar Kaimal of HJS. The need for educating Hindus about Dharma and the way by which the Samiti is doing it through website, dharmashikshan classes, awareness campaigns etc. were explained to him. On hearing this Shri. Vellappally replied that, ‘You are doing a very good work. The Mathadhipathis of various ashrams should do this but they keep themselves limited only to their ashrams. Christian pastors don't confine themselves to church, but also involve themselves in spreading christianity, but our priests don't do that. The contents of your granth are very valuable and Hindus should be taught all this.’ Malayalam Granth named ‘Dharmashikshan posters’ was gifted to him by Shri. Nandakumar Kaimal.
