Agitation by Hindu organizations at Bhandup pressing for action against corrupt people!

Shri Tulja Bhavani Temple corruption case

Mumbai : The CID has submitted a report indicting certain people including government officials of corruption to the tune of crores in the Shri Tulja Bhavani Temple affairs. On June 1st, 2022 the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, like-minded organizations, devotees and devout Hindus staged a ‘Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Andolan’ near the Bhandu (W) Railway station demanding that the corrupt be brought to book.

People also participated in the signature drive and expressed their support to the agitation. Representatives of Warkari Sampraday, Bajrang Dal, Vajradal, Sanatan Sanstha and other organizations had participated in the agitation.

Why was the CID report on corruption in TuljaBhavani temple not disclosed since five years after it was submitted to the government in 2017?

The agitators warned the administration that “agitations will be carried out all over the state and the fight against it will continue in a legal way, until action is taken against the culprits of this scam”.
