HJS demands PNB to respect Freedom Fighter

UDUPI: Under the joint auspices of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Rashtra Gaurava Samrakshana Parishath, an unique program of highlighting the fact that Panjab National Bank is not showing due respect to its founder Shri. Lala Lajpath Rai, Freedom Fighter & demanding that bank should start giving him due respect henceforth.

As a part of the program representatives of HJS met the officer in charge of Panjab National Bank and submitted a memorandum in this regard. The demands included displaying the photos of Shri. Lala Lajpath Rai in all their offices, celebrating his birthday as founder’s day, launching programs bringing out the service rendered by him for the nation, printing his photographs in all publicity materials of the bank, etc.

Later HJS met the District Commissioner of the district and submitted the copies of the memorandum for onward transmission to the Honorable President, Honorable Vice President, Honorable Finance Minister and Honorable Home Minister.

The representatives of VHP Shri. Shyam Prasad Kudva. Bhajarang Dal Shri. Madhukar Mudradi, Taxi men association Shri. Shekar Poojary, Hindu Yuva Sena Shri.Vasudeva Bhat, Shri. RamSena Shri. Suresh, Shri Ajith Shenoy etc. were participated in the program.
