‘Affidavit on Ban’ is a conspiracy and misuse of powers to defame us : Sanatan Sanstha

Mumbai : As per news published in various newspapers, ‘The State Government has submitted a proposal to the Central Government to ban Sanatan Sanstha’. While hearing a petition filed by Mr. Pankaj Fadanavis of Abhinav Bharat, the Honourable High Court had directed the Government to submit an affidavit clarifying the action taken by Home department of the State. regarding the ban on Abhinav Bharat.

The State Government has clarified in the affidavit that a proposal to Ban Sanatan Sanstha has been forwarded to central government. Thus State Government has initiated this action with a crooked objective to defame Sanatan Sanstha and stop the activities of Sanatan to unite nationalist minded Hindus. We are investigating under which false and misleading information, the State Government has submitted the proposal to ban Sanatan Sanstha. We have not indulged in any anti-national activities nor committed any crime.

Many highly qualified and respectable citizens are performing sadhana under the guidance of Sanatan Sanstha. The activities of Sanatan Sanstha are expanding at great speed. Sanatan Sanstha has constantly exposed before the public, injustice meted out to Hindus by the UPA government of Congress and N.C.P. Naturally, this proposal to ban Sanatan Sanstha has been prepared with by ulterior motive keeping in mind the above activities of Sanatan Sanstha. UPA government has a history of persecuting nationalist citizens by misusing their powers. Sanatan Sanstha will soon convene a press conference to expose the hateful attitude of government towards Hindus. Sanatan Sanstha will not silently tolerate its defamation by government ! The Government will have to reply !
