Maharashtra : HJS submits memorandums at various places to stop malpractices in Navaratri Festival

Amaravati (Maharashtra) : Memorandums on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti were submitted to Badnera, Rajapeth, and Gadge Nagar Police stations in Amaravati to prevent improper practices during Navaratritsava and maintain the sanctity of the festival.

In Badnera Police Station, the memorandum was handed over to Mr. Bachate, Police Inspector. On this occasion, Mr. Kiran Duse, Mr. Milind Sakhare were present among 15 activists of HJS. In Rajapeth Police Station the memorandum was handed over to Mr. Deshmukh, Senior Police Inspector. On this occasion Mr. Kiran Duse, Mr. Miilind Sakhare, Mr. Akash Chikhalkar were present among 5 activists of HJS. At the time, activists of HJS were invited to attend a meeting proposed to be held on background of Navaratrotsava, and Mr. Duse has been offered opportunity to present the subject. Similar memorandum was also submitted in Gadge Nagar Police Station.

Phaltan (District Satara) : Memorandum on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti was handed over to Police Sub-Inspector Mr. Dhumal. Mr. Dhumal held detailed discussions with Samiti actvists about the improper conventions practiced during Navaratrotsava and promised to take necessary steps to prevent them. On this occasion Dr. Tripute of BJP, Mr. Popat Barge of Gorakshan samiti and Mr. Ashish Kapase, Mr. Abhijit Kapase, Mr. Shrikant Lipare, Mr. Mangesh Khandare, Mrs. Kshirsagar, Mrs. Shrimati Doiphode etc. were present.

Panvel (Maharashtra) : Memorandum on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti was submitted to Mr. Ramesh Ghadavale, Senior Police Inspector and Mr. Rayannavar, Nayab Tahasildar. Mr. Baban Savant, Mrs. Sharayu Mulye, Mrs. Anuradha Mulye, Mrs. Sunita Parab, Mrs. Babita Bagul etc. were present on the occasion.

While the memorandum was being submitted, Mr. Shivashri Shivkumar Suryavanshi, Founder of ‘Shiv Shambho Sena’, who was present there, admired the activities of HJS. He expressed his desire to actively participate in the HJS activities.

Memorandums submitted in Tahasil Office and Police Station at Shirol (District Kolhapur)

Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : Memorandum on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti demanding prevention of inappropriate practices in Navaratrotsava was submitted to Mr. Anil Patil, Supply Officer in Tahasil Office, Shirol. Mr. Anil Patil informed the HJS activists that he will forward the memorandum for further needful to all the Police Stations under the jurisdiction of Tahasil Office. Similar memorandum was also submitted to Mr. Ravindra Pawar, Police Inspector. On this occasion Dr. Umesh Lambe and Mrs. Anjali Rasal of HJS, industrialist Mr. Ravindra Mahatme, and Advocate Mrs. Manisha Mane were present.
