#CongressEyesTemplesGold trends as Hindus raise concern against Congress’ eye on temples’ gold

Former Maharashtra CM & Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan has made a deceptive appeal to usurp gold in Hindu temples to fight with battered economy. The Congress, who looted wealth from temples for years, tried to destroy Ram Setu and even denied existence of Prabhu Shriram, is now eyeing gold from temples. Congress won’t talk anything for using wealth of Churches, Mosques and Waqf board for such purpose.

Hindus took to Twitter to protest against Congress leader Prithviraj Chavan’s advice about Hindu temples’ gold and started tweeting with hashtag #CongressEyesTemplesGold. Soon this hashtag started spreading among Hindus and as a result, it became one of the top 10 national trends on Twitter. It reached on 8th spot for some time. More than 35,000 tweets were tweeted with the use of the said hashtag.
